Are all taxes and fees included with Total Wireless plans?
Customers want to know exactly what they are going to pay, and with Total Wireless, what you see is what you pay.
All taxes and fees are included with your plan prices.
Will all Total Wireless plans receive an Auto Pay discount?
Some customers like to have their payments automatically billed. Others don't.
With the Total 5G+ Unlimited and Total 5G Unlimited one-line plans, enroll in Auto Pay and you'll qualify for a discount.
Is there any additional cost to adding a fourth (4th) line?
No.
Total Wireless gives you the option to add a fourth (4th) line to your Multiline plan at no additional cost.
You will see a $15 charge on your fourth line and a $15 credit on your first line. This means you will get your fourth line at no additional cost.
Will my monthly rate change during my first five years of service?
No one likes price changes.
With Total Wireless, the price is the price for five (5) years. Guaranteed. Your plan prices include all taxes and fees
What happens if I want to change plans?
You can change your plan at any time to the new Total Wireless rate plans. If you change your plan you will be able to take advantage of all of the benefits of the Total Wireless plans.
- If you change your plan ON your service end date, you will pay for one full month of service. You will also receive the plan's full benefits.
- If you change your plan BEFORE your service end date, your service may be prorated from the time of the plan change. You will also lose any balance from your previous plan.
- If you change from a RETIRED plan to a new Total Wireless plan, you cannot revert to the retired plan.
Note: You may have other lines on your account that are receiving discounts or grouped services. If you change your plan, there may be an impact on your current promotions.

1. Actual speeds may vary depending on local conditions. Speeds do not slow down through network management; restrictions may apply if data is used in a manner inconsistent with our terms.
2. 5G access requires a 5G-capable device in a 5G service area. 5G Ultra Wideband access included with Total 5G Unlimited and Total 5G+ Unlimited plans.
3. Price guarantee for 5 years. For new subscribers who have not previously activated Total Wireless or Total by Verizon service within the last 90 days. Applies only to the then-current base monthly price for your plan, exclusive of any transactional or one-time charges and any equipment charges. Price guarantee does not apply to any promotions, add-ons, features, or discounts, such as an Auto Pay discount. Price guarantee may drop if your service is lapsed, suspended or terminated, or if you migrate to an ineligible plan. Taxes and fees included.
4. Offer applies to new customers who activate on a BYO device. Single-line customers on the Total 5G Unlimited plan or higher must enroll in Auto Pay to receive the full promotional discount, which applies the month after enrollment. 5. Upgrade Bonuses require a new line of activation, uninterrupted service on a $40/$55/$65 Total Wireless plan, and enrollment in Total Rewards. After six (6) consecutive service plan purchases while enrolled in Total Rewards, you will be awarded a $100 Upgrade Bonus to be used towards the purchase of a new 5G Smartphone. After twelve (12) consecutive service plan purchases while enrolled in Total Rewards, you will be awarded an additional $100 Upgrade Bonus to be used towards the purchase of a new 5G Smartphone, or a one-month service plan matching your lowest-priced plan purchased over the twelve (12) month period. You may redeem only one Upgrade Bonus, which will be forfeited should you fail to redeem by the end of your eighteenth (18) service plan. Upgrade Bonuses are earned per line and may not be combined, transferred, or applied towards any other Total Rewards benefit. 6. International roaming is available within Canada and Mexico. Plan allows calls within the roaming country and to the US/Canada/Mexico. Data used while roaming internationally will be deducted from your service plan’s 10GB roaming allotment. Not for extended international use; primary usage must occur in the US.
