Total Wireless Protect details

Enrollment: You can enroll in Total Wireless Protect while purchasing and activating a qualified Total Wireless device at stores or online. Coverage begins either (i) on the date you enroll your device, or (ii) the date you activate your device, whichever is later. If you choose to enroll in protection more than thirty (30) days after you activate your Total Wireless device, or if you're bringing your own device (BYOD), a visual/virtual mechanical inspection may be required.

Maximum coverage per claim: The lesser of the replacement value of the covered device or the original covered device purchase price, minus your service fee.

Exclusions: Loss or theft, service performed by anyone not authorized by us, and losses covered under a manufacturer’s warranty.

Cancellation: You can cancel this optional coverage anytime by calling us at 1-866-663-3633. Coverage cancels automatically if your wireless plan payment is more than 30 days past due. You'll receive any applicable refund or credit within the legally required timeframe. Once cancelled, you cannot re-enroll the device in Total Wireless Protect.

Provider: The service contract provider for this coverage is Federal Warranty Service Corporation in all states except California, where the provider is Sureway, Inc.; Florida, where the provider is United Service Protection, Inc.; and Oklahoma, where the provider is Assurant Service Protection, Inc. The providers of Total Wireless Protect operate under the trade name Assurant.
